I found the product I am looking for but I need a different flange type. Can you help me?
If you need a vacuum flange type different from what we offer on the website, please do not hesitate and give us a call, send an email or submit a message using our contact form. In many occassions we can offer the alternative flange type you need.
I need to select a flange type. What does this mean?
When applicable, in some ocassions you need to select a vacuum flange type when ordering an item. This means there are several flange types available. Please select the appropiate vacuum flange type for your application and the price will immediately show in the cart. Note: There might be slight price difference between them.
When only one flange type is available for the selected item, it is clearly mentioned in the description of the product and no choice of flange will be available upon ordering.
Typical choice between KF, ISO-K, CF and ASA (depending on product).

During checkout, you can choose to pay safe and secure using all major credit cards, PayPal or standard bank transfer.
Bank transfer process will take more time and therefore is not recommended for urgent deliveries.

Are there restrictions on deliveries to certain countries ?
Yes. We are only allowed to ship goods to countries free from global EU and US sanctions.
If your desired country of delivery is not available in the list of countries, this means we do not ship goods to that location.
As these customs regulations are subject to change, FERGUTEC always have the right to refuse or cancel an order placed online and refund the payment if applicable.

There is no cost shown on the product page; can I still buy this item ?
If no price is shown, this means it is either a heavy product which requires a tailored shipping quote and/or we need to check actual price and availability at time of inquiry.
In this case we ask you to send us an inquiry using the form or simply email or call us. We will then advise the actual price and availability of the product and carriage. We will then activate online buying for that product with the agreed price or you can send us your purchase order by email. Whatever works best for you.
What are the Incoterms delivery conditions of the Fedex carriage quoted?
For all shipments of small and medium size goods we use Fedex as our preferred expeditor. Fedex is a quality cost effective and fast expeditor with global service.
Prices quoted for carriage at time of checkout are always based on
CIF ‘delivery location’ (according to Incoterms 2010)
This means Carriage and Insurance are covered to the city of delivery, but EXCLUDES custom clearance, local duty & taxes (IF applicable)

What does the state of the product indicate: new, used or refurbished?
NEW
The item is brand-new, unused, and undamaged.
(FERGUTEC might test and repack the product prior to shipment.)
USED
The item has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
REFURBISHED
The item has been professionally restored to working order. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear.
What payment terms do you offer?
Upon check-out, you can choose to pay using Paypal, standard credit cards, direct money transfer (bank wire transfer).
Alternatively you may apply for a credit account (subject to approval)
Our standard payment term for shipments outside The Netherlands is prepayment by Paypal, credit card or direct bank transfer.
What about my privacy and is my payment transferred in a secure way?
Any information provided to FERGUTEC is considered priviate and will NOT be shared with third parties. When you place an order with us, we ask you to log in (optional), so that we can identify who you are. As a new user, we suggest you to register for future identification. We ask you to enter your name, a user ID, password and e-mail address. You may also choose to check-out as a guest.

What is the typical leadtime?

Before placing an order, please check the leadtime as it may vary from ‘ready for immediate despatch’ up to a few weeks depending on the item.
How do you deal with returns?
Product quality and satisfied customers are very important to us.
If you experience a problem or product damage, please contact us by email or phone and we will deal with the situation accordingly. If a product needs to be returned to our workshop, we will advise the appropriate procedure.
We will always aim to repair or if not possible exchange the product.
In case product repair or exchange is not possible under valid warranty, we will issue a refund.

What are the warranty conditions?
Product quality and satisfied customers are very important to us.
The applicable warranty period is shown under the product description. This may vary from DOA (dead on arrival), 3 months, 6 months or 12 months from date of delivery. The variation in warranty period is due to product type and state of the product.
The warranty includes parts and workshop labour, but excludes carriage and optional travel, stay and work at a customers location.
If you somehow experience a problem with an item we will always aim to repair or if not possible exchange the product, if under valid warranty. This excludes misusage or wrong/no maintenance performed.
In case product repair or exchange is not possible under valid warranty, we will consider a refund.
