DC Power Supplies

Fergutec supplies advanced DC power supplies for plasma applications world wide; standard products or tailored to your specific application. The power supplies are available with single or multiple outputs. If desired, Fergutec offers full system control integration and turnkey commissioning. 

Compact and efficient technology in a modular system – from 5 to 240kW and higher output current. The DC-Power Supplies are developed for industrial production plants. The power supplies are long living, robust, and easy to handle. The completely automatic arc-handling ensures finest coating results and makes operating mistakes impossible. 

Quality of these power supplies is the best in the market. Proven Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is > 70.000 hours. Besides the excellent value and high reliability, operation and integration is very easy. 

The DC power supplies have extremely fast dynamic arc recognition and arc suppression. Standard available power range; 0.5 to 30kW, and parallel operation up to 240kW. All power supplies feature output voltage range; 400 – 1000V (or customized). Depending on model and power, the power supplies feature forced air cooling or water cooling. 

The power supplies allow the following modes: current, voltage, power or ‘joule mode’ controlled. The units feature external control via various analog I/O or Profibus interfaces.
