Cleanroom Assembly, Packaging, Testing
Cleanliness is becoming more and more important in the high tech sector and vacuum technology every day. In many applications, the smallest particle can cause major quality issues or poor manufacturing yield thus loss of money. Utilizing our in house ISO class 6 cleanroom facility and ISO class 4 down flow unit, we offer an attractive combination for the high tech industry; experience and expertise in vacuum technology combined with cleanroom technology. Our main cleanroom facility is a HEPA filtered overpressure environment offering repeatable ultra clean conditions every time. Staff operating inside the cleanroom is trained according to the CTCB-I guidelines to ensure proper working conditions and professional handling of your valuable components. The cleanroom is regulary validated to ensure ongoing quality. For smaller parts which require even a higher level of cleanliness, we utilize our ISO class 4 downflow bench.
Cleanroom Assembly
We offer vacuum component assembly service under cleanroom conditions where high demands on particle contamination are mandatory. Inside the cleanroom, supplied goods are unpacked and assembled according to the guidelines. After completion, the assemblies are tested according to the agreed procedures; Helium leak test, RGA or different. Special inspections and tests can be agreed upon according to customer specification. Using our in-house particle counter and specialist UV light source, we are able to test single components and assembled component stacks.
Cleanroom Packaging
After assembly, test and/or inspection, the goods are packed under cleanroom conditions. Custom packaging procedures can be agreed; i.e. double packaging with inert gas for example. We also offer the cleanroom packaging service for your products. Products are cleaned, tested , packed and returned to your location.
Cleanroom Processes
Inside (and outside) the cleanroom we have the capability of performing the following processes:
- Vacuum component and chamber high vacuum bakeout.
- Residual Gas Analysis (RGA).
- Customer defined processes.
