Helium Leak Testing

Helium is the lightest and smallest of the inert gas molecules with a diffusion rate three times that of air, and is only present in the atmosphere in trace amounts which allow extremely small leaks to be identified. It is an unmatched method for identifying leaks. We detect and log leak rates down to 5.10-11 mbar l/s.

Leaks in vacuum technology can be virtual leaks, gaseous leaks or liquid.
Leak testing of cleanroom components can be performed in our ISO class 6 cleanroom facility. Following the leaktest, we can inspect the components on particles and pack the components cleanroom compatible.

Helium Leak Test Services are also available as on-site services at  your location, UHV to atmospheric pressures and also over-pressure applications. (i.e. analysis of process gas streams, pump down behaviour, identification of pressure increase, etc.)
