Refurbished Balzers Pfeiffer TPH180H (TPH-180-H) turbomolecular pump with DN100ISO-K high vacuum flange and Dn25KF foreline flange. This pump has been fully factory refurbished and tested. Available from stock. Pump is shown with optional TCP controller. Pump model: PMP01573.

The pumps have a free of wear permanent magnetic bearing at high vacuum side and an oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the foreline side. This turbo pump has been designed for multiple applications in the research industry, but often used in mass spectrometer systems. The pump is well known for its very high compression rate for Hydrogen (H2).
The TPH180 H needs the Pfeiffer Balzers TCP-310 or TCP-380 turbo pump controller to operate. We also offer these controllers from stock!

Balzers Pfeiffer TCP-380 turbopump controller from stock. The TCP380 controller is compatible with several Balzers-Pfeiffer turbo pumps and is a microprocessor-controlled unit with diagnostic and monitoring functions. It monitors oil flow, motor temperature, housing temperature, turbo pump speed and motor current. The TCP380 has easily accessible controls arranged on the front panel. This results an extended service life of the bearings and reduction in noise and vibration.
