We offer refurbished Pfeiffer HPT-100 (and HPT-110 equivalent) combination gauges from stock with warranty. The HPT100/HPT110 full range gauges are part of the Digiline sensor series and offer the following advantages:

• Reversible RS 232/RS 485 serial interface
• Data can be analyzed directly on a PC with DokuStar Plus software

The Pfeiffer Pirani-Bayard-Alpert-combination HPT 100/110 covers a pressure range from 1,000 to 5 · 10-10 mbar. Pressure monitoring by the Pirani sensor protects the hot cathode gauges against operating at excessively high temperatures and prevents burn-out of the hot cathode. This enables extremely long cathode service life to be achieved.

The HPT-100/110 gauges we offer have a DN40KF high vacuum flange.
Model codes on stock: PT R34 330 (HPT-100) and PT R34 340 (HPT-110) which are in fact identical units.
