Product Description

We offer multiple Pfeiffer TMU 262 turbo pumps with DN100CF flange
(model codes PM P02 995 A and its identical PM P03 115).

It is coupled with the TC 100 Controller to form a complete unit. Air cooling or water cooling is required for this system. The TMU 262 has a wear free permanent magnetic bearing on the high vacuum side and oil lubricated ball bearing with ceramic balls on the fore-vacuum side. The TMU262 include the water cooling module which can be easily removed when desired in case of air cooling.
