VG QUADRUPOLE VG-200-D / VG-300-D ANALYZER

Product Description

We offer a complete VG quadrupole triple mass filter analyzer from stock. The analyser is compatible with 200 & 300 amu RF generators. The analyzer has been fully refurbished, cleaned & tested to as new specification.

The refurbishment included:

• mass filter rods and general parts cleaned
• ion source refurbished
• new focus and source plates
• new filament kit/set
• refurbished SEM (electron multiplier)
• tested to as new specification

The analyzer is equipped with a DN63CF high vacuum flange and is shown in below image,  lying down at the back (largest analyzer)
